Melanie holds multiple degrees ranging from undergrad in marketing and business, to dual grad degrees in leadership development and organizational leadership. By day, Melanie is a Sr. Leader in FinTech who specializes in building sustainable business models that can journey into the future of our ever changing world. Melanie is also a builder of people and communities. She is the founder of Christians @ Block which is a business resource group designed to build community amongst Christian in Tech. Melanie is also the founder and lead encourager at The EncourageHer Experience - a faith based women empowerment community that exists to empower and equip women to flourish in every aspect of their lives. By Night, Melanie is an Entrepreneur and fashion enthusiast who owns an online women’s clothing boutique by the name of The Style Vault Boutique. Whether in the marketplace, or in ministry, Melanie’s passion and purpose can be tangibly felt through her electrifying personality and presence as she seeks to inspire every person that she encounters.
